Project Gearsuit

Project Gearsuit is a game about a gun-weilding plucky vigilante and a sword wielding antihero on a revenge quest who share the common goal of taking down a crime syndicate.

Project Gearsuit is a stylized, bouncy hand drawn action platformer takes it's inspiration from multiple sources. Classic Megaman and Megaman Zero mechanically, and Classic Sonic, Mighty Switch Force, The Dirty Pair and the recent Shantae games in terms of overall tone, style and story.

• Experience the two differing perspectives of two playable characters who both have their own unique hub worlds to tackle the main missions along with some optional side mission unique to each playable character
• Take on the Two-Faced Gang, 4 elemental themed bosses who are a part of an underground crime ring who reside throughout the game's retro-futuristic city who give not only weapon upgrades, but mobility upgrades as well that allow for things like air dashing, double jumping and more
• Utilize Kimi's short range weapons to slash through enemies at close range or Skye's long range weapons to take out enemies from a distance
• Gather loose gears dropped by enemies along with the completion of optional challenges to unlock new upgrades in within the hub area's shop

Each level is hand crafted and designed around the move-set of both playable characters, with lots of care taken to make the game have a smooth experience. There's split paths and hidden areas to explore that have collectables, and each stage has it's own unique gimmicks that are built around the platforming mechanics of each playable character.
